Spicy Cranberry Salsa

  • 1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into 3-4" length
  • 1 medium lemon, zest
  • 1 medium lemon, juice
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 jalapeno peppers, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, stems removed
  • ¾ cup sugar
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and process until desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and cilantro leaves, if desired.
  3. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
