Pomegranate Terremoto

Serves: 4
  • 1 750mL bottle of a crisp white wine (e.g. Crios Torrontes), chilled
  • ⅓ cup of pisco, chilled
  • 4 scoops of pineapple ice cream or sherbet
  • 4 tbsp grenadine, homemade if possible--this is a good recipe.
  • Instructions:
  1. Pour the bottle of chilled white wine into a pitcher. Add the pisco and stir. Fill each wine glass about half full with the boozy mixture.
  2. Take a large scoop of pineapple ice cream, and gently place it in the glass. Drizzle it with about a tablespoon of the grenadine. Serve immediately.
