Cassie and I finished our 4 day “W” trek in Chile’s Parque Nacional Torres del Paine. For both of us, this hike involved doing more than we initially thought we could. Neither of us are experienced trekkers, but we made it. Our feet really took a beating over 65 km (~40 miles) that included a lot of rocky terrain, but in the end, it was totally worth it!
And for our reward, we got to take in some of the most amazing views we’ve ever seen. Here are some of the highlights from hiking Torres del Paine:
When we return home in a couple weeks and we have more time, I plan to write in more detail how to get there, how to book your trip, tips we learned along the trail, and write-ups about the places you can stay and what you can see. I had a very difficult time piecing together details about the park from many different sources, and I think I can do others a big favor by putting that information in one place.

Cassie & Kevin….what a marvelous dialogue. You are wonderful writers, and better yet, willing to share your hard won knowledge with others.
